Form generator (FormGen) is a JavaScript script which allows building and handling forms.

FormGen can create forms from simple message box to relative complex input forms, based on a list of widgets (texts, buttons, check boxes, lists, radio buttons, comment and images). FormGen supports event management and server interaction by fetch command.

The forms, that can be submitted or managed locally, are customizable via CSS or by commands in the widgets list.
The script also exposes some useful functions such as the management of floating objects, the creation of DOM objects, etc.
